I am 69 and in pretty good health, very active and love to play in the garden, (love my flowers), and always seem to have one project or another in process on a daily basis. I do have arthritis and some degenerative back problems, so I am always looking for ways to be healthy without the daily taking of pills. Of course I believe activity is the best way to keep the joints and muscles in motion.
